From February 9th to 13th, all our English classes participated in a Reading Project Week. They could read a short booklet of their choice in English. They read many different books such as The Adventures of Dr Dolittle, Winnie the Witch, Princess Smartypants, Dan in London, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, and many more.
Students could improve their reading skills, such as fluency, and broaden their vocabulary range. Different activities, such as writing a new ending to the story, book club discussions, vocabulary mind maps, and drawing tasks, concluded the project.
